Terms And Conditions
Please note that no job will commence without a signed off order number. A 50% deposit is required before any job commences, and the 2nd 50% on delivery.
A cancellation fee, within 7 working days of the scheduled commencement date, will be a cost of 35% of the quoted amount; within 24 hours will be a cost of 50%
of the remaining booking. Overruns caused by the client will be charged at our full daily rate. Clients will be made aware of any situations leading to any possible overruns.
These overruns will result in a change in the schedule. All databases will remain the intellectual property of Sphere Collective (PTY) LTD unless otherwise
agreed upon with the client. Please note that these databases will not be for sale to any outside parties other than the original client. All quotes exclude transfer costs.
Changes to the brief, after commencement of animation, will be charged as overruns. The client will be made aware of this. All quotes are valid for a 30 day period only.
Sphere Collective retains the right to change our rates without prior notification.
